Creating a New Variable
We need to tell the voicemail server the name of the new variable.
Procedure
- Click the
User Defined Variable icon. The User defined variables window opens. - Click the
add icon. The Add user defined variable window opens. - Enter Reception and click OK. The variable Reception is added in the User defined variables window.
- Select Update. The User defined variables window closes.
