System Administrators
|
Administrators can access and manage all recordings. They do so through the IP Office Web Manager application.

Extension Users
|
Individual users can be allowed to access recordings using the User Portal application. User configuration includes setting what recordings the user can access and whether they can download recordings. See Configuring user access through the user portal.
