Playing a call recording

You can play recordings from the displayed list.
  1. Log on to the Web Manager interface.
  2. Click ApplicationsMedia ManagerRecording.
  3. If necessary, search the recordings to show the recordings required (see Searching recordings using the search text box and Filtering the recordings displayed).
  4. To play a recording, click the Play icon adjacent to the recording. A playback panel is displayed at the top of the menu and can be used to control the playback of the selected recording.
