Call Date

The date of the call.

Length

The duration of the recording.

Parties

The users that participated in a conference call.

Call Direction

The field indicates whether the call was Internal, Incoming, or Outgoing.

Agents

The agents involved in the call.

Owner

The owner of the recording. The owner is the extension or configuration item that triggered the recording of the call.

Targets

The phone numbers of the recipients of the call.

Skills

The skill set of the agent involved in the call.

Call ID

The unique identification number associated with the call recording.
