Setting call pickup indication

About this task

Use this procedure to set call pickup indication for a call answered on behalf of your pickup group member.

Before you begin

Ensure that the system administrator configured the Call Pickup feature on your phone.

Procedure

  1. Press Main Menu.
  2. Scroll to Settings and press Select.
  3. Scroll to Phone and press Select.
  4. Scroll to Call pickup indication.
  5. Press Change to select one of the following:

    • Audible

    • Visual

    • Both

    • None

  6. Press Save.
