Upgrade process stalls

Condition

During an infra upgrade, the process stops and seems to have stalled.

Solution

Procedure

  1. Wait to confirm that the upgrade operation has stalled, then cancel the upgrade.
  2. Run ccm upgrade hard-reset to clear the state.
  3. Retry the upgrade.
