Add another coworker to your call to switch it to a conference call. When adding a coworker to your call, Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App puts your ongoing call on hold and starts a separate call with the coworker you want to add so that you can inform them about the call.
During a phone call, on the dial pad, tap Add.
STEP RESULT:
Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App displays the Add call page.
In the To field, type the coworker's name you want to add to the call.
Tap NEXT.
STEP RESULT:
Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App puts the ongoing call on hold and starts a new call with the coworker you want to add.
To create a conference call, on the dial pad, tap Merge.
STEP RESULT:
Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App merges two calls and creates a conference call.
To add more coworkers to the conference call, repeat the steps 1 to 4.
