Viewing your unread mentions

Filter the message view interface to locate conversations where your colleagues mentioned you. After filtering, you will see all the unread messages in which you were mentioned, with the most recent ones at the top. You can select a specific mention to locate the message within the conversation.
  1. Tap the Message tab.
  2. Tap the Filter icon.
  3. On the list, tap Unread @mentions.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App displays the unread messages in which you were mentioned.
