Deleting a shared file from all conversations

Delete a file you shared from a conversation and all the conversations to which you forwarded the file.
  1. Tap the Message tab.
  2. On the Direct subtab, tap the conversation.
  3. To delete the file, tap and hold it and tap Delete attachment.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App displays the following message: This attachment has been shared in other conversations. How would you like to proceed?
  4. To delete the file in all conversations, tap DELETE IN ALL CONVERSATIONS.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App deletes the file from all conversations.
