  1. During a phone call, on the dial pad, tap the Call on hold icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App places your call on hold.
  2. To resume your call, tap the Call unhold icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App resumes your call.
