Viewing your voicemails

You can view, filter, and listen to voicemails that you receive on the Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App.
  1. At the bottom menu bar, tap the Phone tab.
  2. Tap Voicemail to view all voicemail entries.
  3. To exclude read messages from the view, tap Unread.
  4. To search for voicemails, type a contact name or phone number into the search box.
  5. Tap an entry to listen to a voicemail.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App plays the voicemail.
