Before you begin
Initiate a phone call.
  1. During a phone call, on the call menu, tap the More icon.
  2. Tap Switch to carrier
  3. On the Enter mobile number window, in the Mobile number field, type the mobile number to resume the call.
Result
Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App resumes the call using the phone number you typed.
