  1. Tap the Message tab.
  2. On the Direct subtab, tap the conversation.
  3. At the top corner, tap the Three dots icon.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App displays a list of shared files.
  4. To view the contents of any file, tap the file.
