Fixed quantity subscription of software typically billed up front on a recurring basis and used for a specific, limited period of time during which the customer can use the software.
The customer is billed for the fixed subscribed quantity, independent of the customer’s actual use.

Overage

Overage refers to the additional capacity that the customer is entitled for over the Fixed Quantity Subscription without any additional charges.
