Activating Avaya Alexa

Activate the listening mode of Avaya Alexa to use voice commands on the Avaya Vantage™ device.

Procedure

Do one of the following to activate Avaya Alexa:

  • Say the wake word.

  • Swipe down from the top bar and tap Alexa Tap to Talk (Alexa icon).

  • Open the Avaya Alexa application and tap Alexa icon.
