Configuring the Amazon account address

About this task

To use Avaya Alexa on Avaya Vantage™, you must configure your Amazon account address to a location in the United States, Canada, or Mexico.

You can set a new address through the Amazon website. You cannot set the Amazon account address through the Amazon Alexa mobile application.

Procedure

  1. Go to the Amazon website at https://www.amazon.com/.
  2. In the menu bar, tap Accounts & Lists.
  3. In the Your Account section, tap Your addresses.
  4. Tap Add address.
  5. In the countries drop-down list, select the country name.

    Alexa features are not available on your device if your Amazon account location is not set to the United States, Canada, or Mexico.

  6. Enter the address information in the rest of the fields and tap Add address.

    The Your Addresses page displays the new address.

  7. Tap Set as Default to set the new address as the default address.
