About this task

Use this procedure to sync your calendar with the Avaya Alexa application. You can configure your corporate calendar, such as Microsoft Outlook or Exchange Calendar, or a personal calendar, such as Gmail Calendar. When you sync your calendar with your Amazon account, you can use Avaya Alexa to inquire about your calendar items. For example, Alexa, what's on my calendar?

Procedure

  1. Open the Amazon Alexa application on your mobile device.
  2. At the bottom menu bar, tap the More tab.
  3. Tap Settings > Calendar.
  4. Tap Add account.
  5. Tap the calendar service that you want to sync with the Avaya Alexa application, confirm your profile, and tap Next.
  6. Log in to your email account with configured calendar.
  7. Allow the Amazon Alexa application to have access to your email account information.
