Enabling communication for Avaya Alexa

About this task

To use certain communication features with Avaya Alexa, enable communication for your Amazon account that you use to log on to Avaya Alexa.

Before you begin

Install the Amazon Alexa mobile application on your Android phone or iPhone.

Procedure

  1. Open the Amazon Alexa application on your mobile device.
  2. Log in using your Amazon account credentials.
  3. At the bottom menu bar, tap More and then tap Communicate.
  4. When prompted, register your mobile device.
  5. Enter your mobile number and tap Continue.
  6. Enter the One Time Password and click Continue.
