If the Avaya Alexa application is not already available on your Avaya Vantage™ device, you can enable its installation through the Android Settings application. The availability of this feature depends on your network location and device configuration.
Before you begin
This feature is disabled by default. To make this option available, ensure that the administrator has performed the required settings for your device.
Procedure
Go to Settings > System > About Avaya Vantage.
Tap Software information.
Tap Applications Installation, and then tap the toggle button to enable or disable the installation of Avaya Alexa on the device.
After you enable Avaya Alexa on your device, the Alexa icon appears on the Android Applications screen. Log in to the Avaya Alexa application using your Amazon account to use its features.
