Configuring device location for Alexa

About this task

For Alexa features to be available on your Avaya Vantage™ device, it must be located in the United States, Canada, or Mexico. You can modify the device location through the Amazon Alexa mobile application.

Procedure

  1. Open the Amazon Alexa application on your mobile device.
  2. Optional If prompted, log in using your Amazon account credentials.
  3. At the bottom menu bar, tap Devices.
  4. In the Devices section, tap your Avaya Vantage™ device.
  5. Tap Device Location and set a location in the United States, Canada, or Mexico.
