Last Updated : Jun 10, 2026 |

Before you begin

  • Deploy and configure System Manager.

  • Deploy the edge Branch Session Manager server.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the edge Branch Session Manager command-line interface.
  2. Type the following command:

    edgeSetup --adc <FQDN> --port <PORT> --primary_fqdn <FQDN> --secondary_fqdn <FQDN> --vfqdn <FQDN> <passwordfile>

    For example:

    edgeSetup --adc <test.adc.com> --port 443 --primary_fqdn <test.primfqdn.com> --secondary_fqdn <test.seconfqdn.com> --vfqdn <test.fqdn.com> < enrollpasswordfile>

You can save the enrollment password in a text file.

If edge Branch Session Manager server is part of the System Manager Geographic Redundancy system, provide the secondary System Manager server details.

Enrollment password must match with the value on the Security > Certificates > Enrollment Password page.

Edge Branch Session Manager applies the changes and starts the trust management with System Manager.

Next Steps

After the edge Branch Session Manager setup is complete, delete the enrollment password file.
