Troubleshooting Data Replication

Procedure

  1. On the home page of the System Manager Web console, under Services, click Replication.
  2. If the status for the replica group is not Synchronized:
    1. Select the affected replica group.
    2. Click View Replica Nodes.
    3. Verify that an instance exists in the replica group under Replica Group Host Name.
    4. Select the appropriate instance under Replica Group Host Name.
    5. Click View Details.
    6. Under the Synchronization Statistics section, wait until the Pending Batches value is zero. Refresh the page as necessary by clicking Refresh.
  3. If the Pending Batches value does not change to zero:
    1. Click Done.
    2. On the Replica Group page, click Repair.
    3. Click OK in the dialog box.
  4. Wait until the status of the replica group changes to Synchronized. Refresh the page as necessary.
