Use this procedure to change the state of a new service to accept.
Note:
Even though Security Module displays the status as Up, the Security Module might take 5 to 10 minutes to begin routing calls.
Procedure
On the home page of the System Manager web console, click Elements > Session Manager > Dashboard.
On the Session Manager Dashboard page, select the appropriate Session Manager or Branch Session Manager instance in the Session Manager Instances table.
In the Service State field, click Accept New Service.
