Avaya Workspaces for Avaya Experience Platform® On-Prem enables agents to drop participants from conference calls and resume conversations with the remaining participants. An agent can drop only those participants whom the agent adds to the conference call. An agent cannot drop those participants whom other agents add to the conference call.
Note:
Agent cannot drop participants that are currently not active (in alerting or held state).
