Avaya Workspaces for Avaya Experience Platform® On-Prem supports the ability for supervisors to view and manage agents from additional groups. Supervisors can view and interact with agents from additional groups in the same way as with agents from their teams.

Supervisors can filter agents by groups in the My Agents widget.
