Extension
The telephone number of the user who made the emergency access call and originated the crisis alert.
Event
The event code of the emergency access call:
  • crisis alert: The crisis alert is sent.
  • crisis alert ack’d: The crisis alert is acknowledged.
  • crisis pager pass: The crisis alert is sent to a pager.
  • crisis pager fail: The crisis alert sent to the pager failed.
Type of Call
The type of emergency access call:
  • ARS alert
  • Feature access code
  • Off-hook alert
Time
The time that the crisis alert originated. The field displays A for AM and P for PM. For example, 11:21 A.
