Use the following guidelines to determine whether the reported data is acceptable. These guidelines represent the minimum that you must do to verify that the recorded measurement values are consistent with the expected and historic values. Perform additional checks as necessary.
To check the acceptability of hourly hunt group measurements, verify that:
The system clock or group size is not changed during the measurement hour.
The average work time of the agents typically ranges from 60 to 300 seconds.
The sum of Total Usage and Total Avail does not exceed 36 multiplied by the group size.
