  • Print Time
This field displays the time at which you want to print the report. You must schedule reports at 15-minute intervals in a specified hour. The system printer requires the switch processor resources to ensure that you schedule reports for off-peak hours. Do not schedule all reports in the same time interval.
You must print a report in the 4-hour nonadministrable interval available for printing. If you do not print the report within 4 hours, the system prints the report only in the next scheduled interval. The system removes the immediate and deferred jobs from the report scheduler, and you must reenter the report for printing.
    Days of Week

    • y for the days of the week on which you want to print the report.
    • n for the days of the week on which you do not want to print the report.
