This field displays the time and date of the requested report in the upper-right side of the screen.
The system displays a question mark (?) for the following cases:
  • Pressed START and immediately pressed CANCEL on the attendant.
  • Calls timed out after 10 seconds.
  • Calls placed with inadequate staffing.
