Download the Avaya Aura® application software from the Avaya Support website at http://support.avaya.com. Copy the applications on the computer that you later use to perform the upgrade. If you placed an order for the hardware, ensure that the hardware is available onsite. |

Verify that the existing server is compatible with Release 10.2.x version of the application. If the existing server is incompatible, change the server accordingly. |
