Use this procedure to configure the media interface to support RTP/RTCP media packets to and from the tenant remote workers. In Avaya SBC, this interface groups an IP address and network interface with a UDP port range.
On the EMS web interface, in the navigation pane, click SBC.
In the navigation pane, click Network & Flows Media Interface.
STEP RESULT:
The EMS server displays the Media Interface page.
Click Add.
In the Name field, enter A1-tenant-med.
In the IP address field, select 172.26.10.17 and select the A1-tenant-RW network.
