Add a CORS rule that applies to AI Search Assist. AI Search Assist is a REST API that enables the Avaya Workspaces for CRM softphone to display screenpops to your agents. You can configure screenpops in Application Center Administration.
On the ServiceNow home page, in Filter navigator, type CORS Rules and select CORS Rules.
At the top of the page, click New.
In Name, type the CORS rule name.
In REST API, select AI Search Assist (Internal API) [now/asia].
In Domain, enter https://*.avayacloud.com.
On the HTTP Methods tab, select the following:
