Active Interaction Logs Table Name

The option to enable active interactions log table. If you leave the field empty, the feature remains disabled. Type the Dynamics 365 table name to enable the feature. For example, new_interactions. The value you type must match the table name.

Ensure that your Dynamics 365 administrator creates a table in Dynamics 365 with the required rows. For more information about the contact center logs table, see Creating a table for your contact center logs for ongoing interactions.

You need to set the value for Suppress Screen Pop (Y/N) to Y to suppress the screen pop on Dynamics 365 and ensure the search is done in the background without the screen pop. For more information, see Screen Pop Options field descriptions.
