Add the Azure AD SAML Toolkit.
  1. From your Dynamics 365 dashboard, go to Enterprise applicationsBrowse Azure AD Gallery and click your SSO server application.
  2. From the menu, click Single sign-on.
  3. In the Basic SAML Configuration pane, click Edit.
  4. Configure the following URLs:
