Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway is a gateway platform that must be deployed at the customer premise. Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway hosts application connectors that enable the integration of Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud services with Avaya Experience Platform™ On-Prem. Avaya provides the Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway licenses as an entitlement with the Avaya Experience Platform™ (On-Prem + Connect) bundles.

Installer needs to install only Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway at the customer premise.

Account administrator can use one administration portal interface to configure Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway.

Premise administrator can control the security from the single management portal.

Avaya Cloud Operations can manage the following operations from the cloud:

Monitor the condition of Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway and connection status to connected Avaya Aura® and Avaya Experience Platform™ On-Prem components.

Retrieve the logs as part of proactive monitoring if there seems to be a problem with the Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway operation.

Restart and upgrade of Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway.
Note:
Avaya Cloud Delivery is responsible for downloading and deploying Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway as part of the Avaya Experience Platform™ (On-Prem + Connect) service activation. Customers cannot download Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway from Avaya PLDS.
