The following table contains the Avaya Aura® and Avaya Experience Platform™ On-Prem configuration updates required for Avaya Experience Platform™ (On-Prem + Connect):

Configuration
System Manager minimum version configuration
To support the Application Center Administration connector integration with System Manager and the line reservation in Communication Manager, you need the 10.1.3 version at a minimum.
Communication Manager SIP station configuration
Set IP Video SoftPhone to n and disable Auto-hold.
Supported SIPCC set types
The following SIPCC set types are supported:
  • 9608SIPCC
  • 9611SIPCC
  • 9621SIPCC
  • 9641SIPCC
  • J169CC
  • J179CC
  • J189CC
SIPCC feature button configuration
The following SIPCC configurations are supported:
  • Manual in: manual-in
  • Auto in: auto-in
  • After call: after-call
  • Agent login: agnt-login
  • Auxiliary work: aux-work
  • Work Code: work-code
  • Minimum three buttons for call appearance: call-appr
Audio codecs and media encryption
The following audio codecs are supported:
  • G.711MU
  • G.711A
  • G.729
Set Encrypted SRTCP field to Encrypted SRTCP: best-effort.
Set Media Encryption field to:
  • 1. 1-srtp-aescm128-hmac80
  • 2. 2-srtp-aescm128-hmac32
  • 3. none
Communication Manager system parameters configuration
Configure the following values:
  • On the Feature-Related System Parameters screen, set SIP Endpoint Managed Transfer to n.
  • On the Feature-Related System Parameters screen, set Initial INVITE with SDP for secure calls to y.
  • On the System Parameters - Customer Options screen, set Media Encryption over IP to y.
Communication Manager signaling group configuration
Set the following in IP network regions:
  • Transport Method to tls.
  • Enforce SIPS URI for SRTP to y.
  • Initial IP-IP Direct Media to y.
  • The recommended value for IP Video is n.
  • DTMF over IP to rtp-payload to enable Communication Manager to send DTMF tones by using RFC 2833 or RFC 4733.
Communication Manager hunt group configuration
On page 2 of the Communication Manager hunt group form, set the following:
  • After Xfer or Held Call Drops field to y.
  • Timed ACW Interval (sec) field to an appropriate value.
If a caller drops from a held call, Avaya Workspaces places the agent handling an incoming Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) or Direct Agent Call (DAC) call into the Timed After Call Work (ACW) mode instead of making the agent available.
Communication Manager Public and Private numbering table configuration
To avoid agent login and run-time call processing issues, add the Avaya Experience Platform™ (On-Prem + Connect) Station and AgentID range under both the public and private numbering tables.
System Manager SIP user configuration
Set the following:
  • In the SIP Registration area, in the Max. Simultaneous Devices field, type the maximum number of devices that can log in simultaneously.
    Note:
    Set the value in the Max. Simultaneous Devices field to 1.
  • Clear the Block New Registration When Maximum Registration Active? check box to override the previous SIP station login.

Agent configuration
Set the following:
  • Work mode on login: All modes or combinations work.
  • Reason codes: You can set the Auxiliary reason codes on the Aux Reason Codes Administration form.
