Perform the following steps to verify the connection status for Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway cluster.
Before you begin
Ensure that Avaya Experience Platform™ (On-Prem + Connect) is deployed.
  1. Go to the Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway administration portal.
  2. In the left pane, click System Overview.
  3. Go to the Solution Servers area.
    STEP RESULT:
    System Manager, Device Services, and Hybrid Cloud status must display as Connected.
