The change cluster translation-sync command is available only on Master Communication Manager.

The default value for field Translation Synchronization From Master to Node CMs is enabled which indicates all cluster commands are synched from Master to Node Communication Manager.

If field Translation Synchronization From Master to Node CMs is set to disabled and the form is submitted, then the system executes save trans in the background and all cluster commands stop synching to Node Communication Manager.
