When the primary data center fails, the persistent objects are homed in the secondary data center. The administrator can then decide whether a persistent object should fallback as soon as the primary data center becomes active or the administrator should trigger it manually.
If the Fallback Rules For Persistent Objects field is set to manual in the System-Parameter Cluster-Options forms, during the fallback, the administrator runs the command enable cluster fallback.
