After creating identity certificate entities, enroll the certificate for each server in your contact center deployment. If you use a public CA or a separate CA server to sign the SCR, you do not need to enroll the identity certificates.
The following procedure describes how to enroll your certificates usingCA.requires identity certificate files in the .pem format.
On theadministration portal, go to SecurityCertificatesAuthority.
In the administration portal navigation menu, click Public Web.
Click Create Certificate from CSR.
In Username, provide the username of the corresponding certificate identity.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The username must match the username that you specified when creating a certificate identity.
In Enrollment code, provide the password for the corresponding certificate identity.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The password must match the password that you specified when creating a certificate identity.
In the text box, provide the contents of the corresponding CSR request file.
In Result Type, select PEM - certificate only.
Click OK.
STEP RESULT:
Theadministration portal downloads the certificate file in the .pem format.
Ensure that the certificates include the X509v3 SANs.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
You can open the certificates using a text editor.
