Before verifying the endpoint registration to Avaya Contact Center – Extended Capacity, ensure that you can log in to Avaya J100 Series IP Phones and Avaya 9600 Series IP Deskphones using the endpoint extension and password associated with the test endpoint configuration.
Before you begin
Obtain the endpoint extension and password associated with the test endpoint configuration.
Start your endpoint.
After the boot-up, on the phone screen, press Login.
On the Login screen, enter the endpoint extension.
