On the Configuration Server web portal, configure the CTI link.

For a DMCC application, configure a TSAPI link. You can administer CTI links on the AE Services management console.

Use the same link number that you configured for the CTI link on the Configuration Server.

Add a new CTI user to the AE Services server.
