Condition

When logged in to IP Office Web Manager after upgrading to R12.0.x, Upgrade Available appears next to other servers in the network.

Solution

Procedure

Upgrade the other Linux-based IP Office server in the network using the upgrade processes in this document.
Do not use the upgrade options within IP Office Web Manager. They will not upgrade the servers correctly.
