Context Store Cluster Address

Name of the Context Store services cluster

OmniChannelProvider Cluster Address

Name of the OmniChannelProvider services cluster

Omnichannel Provider Data Services Cluster

Name of the cluster where the OCPDataServices snap-in is installed

Enable Secure Communications

Toggle https for service communications

Authorization Required to contact the Customer Journey Service

Toggle to mandate authentication to contact the Customer Journey Service.

Oceana Authorization cluster IP

IP address of the Authorization Service cluster/node. If this is not set, use the current cluster address.

OmniChannelProvider services public address

Externally available address of the OCP cluster. Must be an IP address (For example: 1.0.11.20) or an FQDN (For example: example.avaya.com).

Context Store services public address

Externally available address of the Context Store cluster. Must be an IP address (For example: 1.0.11.20) or an FQDN (For example: example.avaya.com).

Secure Connection to EDM

Specifies whether communication between Context Store and EDM uses a secure connection.

EDM TLS version

TLS version setting for secure EDM connection

EDM Database type

The type of EDM database. The accepted values are:

  • Microsoft SQL Server

  • PostgreSQL

EDM Database host

Host name of the database

EDM Port

Port number of the database

EDM Database Name

Name of the database

EDM: Database username

Username to connect to the database

EDM: Database password

Password to connect to the database

AutoFilter Customer Journey By

Setting this option to Account Id enables auto filter by the current Account Id in the Customer Journey widget

Agent Note Enabled

Toggle to enable or disable updating of Agent Note in the Customer Journey widget

Manual assignment of Account ID for work requests

Setting this option to Via Existing Account Id enables the Account Id setting in the Customer Journey widget. By default, this value is Disabled.

EDM: Maximum Database Query Results

The maximum number of results that CustomerJourneyService REST APIs can return. Valid range: 50 – 5000.

If a query returns more results than the maximum, then only the newest results display.

Display Button More Data

The "More Data" button is not displayed by default since the 3.8.0.0 release. This attribute allows the "More Data" button to be shown in the CustomerJourney widget. To set this attribute, select true.

Hide Transcripts Button

This attribute restrict access to Customer Journey transcripts. It will affect all agents. To set this attribute, select true.
