Why can't I set the state of my cluster to Accept New Service?

If it is not possible to activate the cluster, check the license status of the Avaya Breeze® platform servers in the cluster. 

On the main Cluster Administration page, check that the License Mode column for each Avaya Breeze® platform server used in the affected cluster shows a green check-mark. This means that the license is valid.
