For each major release of Context Store there are three documents published:

• Avaya Context Store Snap-in Release Notes

  • Describes new features and feature modifications in the release.

  • Describes prerequisites for installation and upgrade procedures and provides the PLDS ID and MD5 checksum for every available component.

  • Lists known issues that exist in the present release as well as issues which have been resolved in this release since the previous release.

  • Contains the attribute configurations for all certified Context Store deployments.

• Avaya Context Store Snap-in Reference

  • Contains overview information about Context Store and its features.

  • Contains detailed instructions for the deployment and configuration of  Context Store.

  • Discusses high availability, performance and security aspects of Context Store.

  • Contains some troubleshooting information

• Avaya Context Store Snap-in Developer Guide

  • Contains detailed usage information for Context Store features and interfaces.

  • Contains tutorial sections for certain features.

  • Provides complete API references for all interfaces to Context Store (ContextStoreRest).
