Use the Queue Calls button on the Features screen to control your availability for all call queues. The phone administrator can configure the Queue Calls feature to appear on your phone.
Before you begin
The phone administrator must enable the Accept Queue Calls feature for your phone.
Procedure
Press Main menu.
Scroll to Features and press Select.
To enable the Queue Calls feature for all call queues, press the Queue Calls button.
The green LED is on when you enable the Queue Calls button.
To stop receiving calls from all call queues, press the Queue Calls button.
The red LED is on when you disable the Queue Calls button.
