Avaya Breeze® platform does not provide a UI interface to generate a CSR to replace its identity certificates. An alternate tool, such as OpenSSL, needs to be used to generate the CSR.
The high-level steps to replace
Avaya Breeze® platform identity certificates using a CSR are:

Generate a CSR and its corresponding private key using OpenSSL or a similar tool, such as Microsoft Server. Make sure the CSR contains the correct certificate attributes.

Send the CSR to the PKI administrator to get it signed by the third party CA. The result is a signed identity certificate.

Package the identity certificates and private key into PKCS#12 container using OpenSSL or a similar tool.

Import the PKCS#12 certificate and private key onto Avaya Breeze® platform.
