Configuring SAML authentication on System Manager

  1. Log in to System Manager.
  2. Click ElementsAvaya Breeze®Configuration AuthorizationAuthentication Mechanism.
  3. Select the Authorization Mechanism type and click Change Authentication Mechanism.
  4. Under Change Authentication Method Type, set the following values.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    • Select Authentication Mechanism: SAML
    • Should SAML requests be signed: (Leave it as is)
    • Attribute Used as UserID: email.
    • Authentication Context: Password Protected Transport
    • Identity Provider Metadata File: Click Choose File and select any Okta applications IdP metadata XML file that was downloaded.
  5. Click Save.
