You can access the Implicit User Profiles page on System Manager by navigating to ElementsAvaya Breeze®Configuration Implicit User Profiles. Use this page to assign groups of users to a service profile whether or not they are explicitly administered on System Manager . This allows you to invoke call intercept snap-ins for non-SIP users without adding them as users on System Manager.
